This weekend went much too fast, as usual!
Friday afternoon, after class, some girlfriends and I went to Chili's to wind down after a long week. We called it a night early because we all had to be up for the library the next day...BOO.
After dinner, I went to an UNDISCLOSED LOCATION to buy Daniel his anniversary present! I know he never reads this blog, so I would probably be safe uploading a picture, but I am going to go ahead and wait until I give it to him...JUST in case :) BUT its really cool and he's been wanting one for a long time! I can't wait to give it to him!
After I had done a bunch of research and started writing my appellate brief, I started cleaning up my house and getting it ready to be gone for Spring Break! I absolutely HATE coming home to a dirty house and dirty clothes, so whenever I leave somewhere, I try to get it all done. I know it seems early, but I will be spending so much time at school this week I wanted to get a head start.
Today, I worked on my criminal law homework and continued with my pile of laundry. My cousin Molly invited me to tag along with she and her husband Jason and their daughter Madeline to a Thunder game! The OKC Thunder are actually a pretty good team, and although I don't really have time to keep up with them, it was really fun going to the game, PLUS-we were in their company suite...which meant great and comfortable seats, and yummy food.
I've just gotten home, am in bed, and am looking forward to a short week. I have decided not to go to my Friday classes because Daniel and I are going to the Houston Rodeo, and I want to get there in plenty of time to see my mom and have dinner with her before we go see Lady A! Plus, that's one extra night with him and I can't wait!
I hope this weeks FLYS by because I am so looking forward to next weekend :)
Hope everyone has a great week!
Enjoy your spring break visiting home! Happy Anniversary. :-)
