Daniel was playing in a golf tournament sponsored by a bunch of oil and gas companies in the area...it was really fun. I have been to this particular tournament before and have really enjoyed it. Different companies sponsor different holes and there is food, drinks, and music throughout the course. (which really breaks up the long day!)
Yesterday I rode around with a friend and today I took my Kindle and read the whole day. It was about 100 degrees outside, so not exactly comfortable, but I loved being outside and watching Daniel play! They shot a 8 under yesterday, and 11 under today! Not bad at all...BUT what did I expect with Daniel on the team? :)
Tomorrow we are taking one of my attorney's kids out to dinner and on Tuesday we are going bowling. On friday, we are headed to Harlingen for a wedding!

I can't forget to mention Daniel's PANTS. He bought these while we were still in HIGH SCHOOL at a vintage store in McAllen. I was sure they wouldn't fit, but lo and behold, they DID...and he wore them all day! Needless to say, we all got a good laugh!
