Not much to update since the weekend. I have been working, trying to get over this cold/flu/sinus infection...(whatever it is), and relaxing with Daniel for the week. I found the "top ten tuesday" idea from some of the blogs I follow. It doesn't matter what your "top ten" is, and I've really enjoyed reading everyone else's!
So here are some of my favorite things today!
1. I am LOVING Pinterest. Seriously, what did we all do without it? I can't imagine planning/making/traveling anywhere before consulting this site EVER again. I love it.
2. Iphone apps that fix your pics. I have Instagram and Photoshop Express. Both are free and can do a multitude of things with your iphone pics. Why haven't I had these apps all along??? From sepia, black and white, to cute borders and themes, I will never have a bad iphone pic again!
3. Sunday Movie Night-back in action. In college, Daniel and I went to the movies pretty much every Sunday without fail. Its nice to have our tradition back now that I am in College Station for a while. We saw "The Debt". I know this movie got a bunch of mixed reviews but I love anything having to do with WWII history...so I loved it :)
4.Fall. So I realize "fall" is nothing but a figment of my imagination since I live in Texas and I believe the high yesterday was somewhere around 95, BUT, I love that it is "closer". I love scarfs, tights, boots, and can't wait to start wearing them!
5. Seattle. My best friend Emily and I are headed to Seattle to visit her family in less than 2 weeks! We booked our tickets several months ago and the dates have really crept up on us! The weather will be highs in the 60's, low in the 40's and we are going to hike, go to wineries, and drive to Vancouver. I am BEYOND thrilled and excited that I am going!
6. Fall TV. Anyone that knows me know that I have a slight problem with reality TV. I, self admittedly, watch too much of it. I don't care. I like it all. However, I don't limit my TV watching to just trash. I also love Modern Family, Castle, the Middle, and numerous other shows on NBC and ABC. If only I had all the time in the world...
7. Football. I love fall because of college football. I have never been too much of a fan of pro sports-BUT, I love college football. Maybe because it was such a big deal at my school? Either way, I'm glad its here. An the Aggies just officially accepted our invitation to the SEC. Next season will be interesting!
8. Getting Crafty. Mom and I are headed to Galveston to hang with Sara and make wreaths for fall! I found some great ideas on, (where else?) Pinterest, and we are going to give it a go this weekend! So excited to spend time with them both!
9. Friends. I was able to see some of my great friends this weekend, and I am so thankful for them. Its hard to remember my life without some people you meet. In fact, I don't!
10. This guy. Need I say more? ha!
